We drove 40 minutes to this spot. Waited another 40 minutes for our order in the heat! IT WAS WORTH IT!! The bourbon chicken and shrimp, crab leg platter, even the damn broccoli is delicious!! So good my husband said " I think I'm taking a drive back down tomorrow for some more!" 5++ stars for this place!! And black owned, can't go wrong!
First of all the shrimp salad is really a shrimp salad! I mean this is the most loaded shrimp salad I've ever had. Ever time I reached my fork back in to eat more it was loaded with 2-3 decent sizes of shrimp. The taste is perfect. The seasoning is pleasant. The shrimp is plentiful. Impressive! Second the broccoli is steamed to satisfaction. They smelled so good served with an amazing garlic butter sauce. The taste is superb. The seasoning is succulent. The broccoli is saucy satisfaction. Yummy! This food is so delicious get up and get yours while you can good that I have to stop writing this Yelp review before my fam gobbles everything up. Hopefully these pics convey what I have to delay to say. While I have plenty more to write, I have to allow myself to be in the moment of each and every bite. First time visiting. Great environment clean and friendly. Ordered 2 crab cakes and seafood cheesesteak. Everything was fresh and tasty. Returned the very next day. To try shrimp tacos and shrimp scampi. I can say I ordered everything because I was hungry and everything sound good. Posting pictures to tempt you. First stop when I return in a couple of months. So if you are looking for fresh tasty and a large portion to satisfy your taste buds.
YES!!! First time here today and will definitely be back! First saw this place by watching JL Jupiter TV (check him out on YouTube) and figured why not take the drive and find out for myself. I am a pescatarian and have not had any poultry or red meat in years. With this on the list, I'm not missing out ON A THING!!!! Fresh salmon, hot on delivery and the roll... again - YES!!! Thanks to Mr. Rob for being so nice and for the free water while we waited. Stop by! You won't regret it.
I heard about this place because I subscribe to Jupiters channel on youtube. I have ordered the seafood philly, seafood salad, shrimp and crab cake. On thursdays they have the 50 cent shrimp. The seafood salad isnt anything to write home about, but the philly is solid, and delicious. The roll definitely holds up the the butter that they pour over top of it so that its not too soggy. I always add extra cheese but that is just my preference. The crab cake is only 7 bucks and it contains a very small amount of filler if any. I love little mom and pop shops like this. They can get my money any day. Solid seafood at affordable prices what else can you ask for? Definitely give them a try if you are in the area.
